Şivekar is a restaurant that offers guests an experience of either serving to the table or cooking products they choose at the tables they sit at.
The space, besides the grill products, has a culinary structure that offers appetizers, salads, desserts, and drinks.
Barbecue, as all we know, is a favorite cooking method for people of all ages, and it is usually done outdoors and at crowded tables.
The aim here was to provide the pleasure of barbecue indoors comfortably at every table. While doing this, we did not want to disconnect the guests from nature too much, even though they were indoors. The way he dealt with nature had to be appropriate to the space.

The place with an area of 710 m² consists of two floors. On the ground floor; reception, presentation, and cooking kitchen, main hall, garden, private room; On the basement floor, there are guest toilets, baby care room, lactation room, prayer room, children's area, staff areas, and offices.
We have increased the fixed seating to relieve circulation areas. Along with the private room and garden area, we have created exhibition areas for the guest to choose products.
We used lampshades and spot fixtures for lighting, and we contributed different dynamics to the space by using lights from the ceiling and the floor. We also furnished it to make use of daylight as accurately as possible.
