Ozhan Hazirlar Architecture, which has made a name for itself with luxurious and unique architectural projects around the world, attracts attention again with its latest project. Designed with inspiration from the wave form, Marjan Islands Hotel will enrich Dubai’s modern skyline and stand out as an architectural masterpiece in the city. In this article, we will take a closer look at this unique project of Ozhan Hazirlar Architecture, which stands out with its architectural façade design.
The main inspiration for the project was the waveform. The wave was chosen as a motif that reflects the perfect symmetry and movement of nature, which allowed the project to gain a unique character. Marjan Islands aims to offer its guests a unique experience by harmoniously integrating with nature, with its location on the seaside.
Ozhan Hazirlar Architecture team brought together the elements of aesthetics, function and sustainability when designing the architectural façade of the Marjan Islands Hotel. Inspired by the wave form, the façade draws attention with its modern lines and harmonizes with the natural landscape surrounding the building. While large glass panels offer guests a magnificent sea view, they create an impressive view at night with wave-patterned light play.
The color palette was chosen inspired by the soft tones of nature. Various shades of blue symbolize integration with the sea, while white and beige tones refer to the sandy coast. This color combination is designed to be in harmony with the natural elements surrounding the hotel.
Özhan Hazlar Architecture also attached great importance to the principle of sustainability in the Marjan Islands Hotel. While renewable energy is obtained by using solar panels on the roofs, water savings are achieved with rainwater collection systems. Additionally, environmentally friendly and recyclable materials were preferred in the selection of building materials.
